Roush axleback exhaust concerns

After installation of the Roush axleback, I noticed a more potent gasoline smell coming from my car upon startup. It wasn't like pure gasoline, but like burned gasoline. Is this normal?

That's what I was thinking. They were a bit greasy when I got them. I just hope it's nothing serious or related to the Bama SCT upload tunes fail.
