Thanks silent yeah all these prices they have been telling me from $150-250 im just like wth that seems really pricey. Little over a 100 was what I was expecting for the install of the exhaust. I been trying to get a hold of midas but they need me to bring the parts in to see so gotta wait till maybe saturday to do that.

As for the CAI, just follow the instructions that came with it. It really does tell you everything you need to know. One change (that I had to make) though is when installing the tube, I started at the intake and then installed into the box. Instructions tell you to do it the other way around and I couldn't make that happen. You'll need a couple of Torx drivers, a screwdriver and a couple of sockets with extensions. I don't remember the sizes off hand. You didn't say if you got a tuner with the CAI, if you did (I hope), put that on after the install.

Good luck and make it happen.
