Possibly foolish rear suspension question

I'm looking at Koni STR.T dampers. AM is out of stock on rears until mid-late JULY but i could buy the fronts from them. Another vendor "AA" (if you know who I mean) shows front right and left and rear right and left as separate parts. But, they show as out of stock on left rear. AM does not specify L/R on the fronts or rears

Are the rears L/R side specific parts? I assumed they were symmetrical and could be used interchangeably.

The Eibachs I put on my car were not side specific so I do not see why the Konis would be any different.

I have STR.Ts and I can assure that for certain the shocks (rear) are not specific. Im also nearly certain that the struts arent either.
