Side Window Louvers, but I went black to match the Mirror Caps.

I've seen them modded to be dark and stealthy, with lots of blackout trim and wheels, or with bright silver contrasting trim and wheels. Both look awesome and produce really different results. It's cool one color can be so different - I don't think you can go wrong. I don't think the pictures ever really do it justice. They can look quite dull online.

Check my profile for some pics. I planning to go with silver RTR wheels and either 3.7 or pony emblems on the front fenders, but really toyed with black accents for some time. Decided if I went dark, I'd have to really go dark with tinted glass and lights, grill, etc. and that was gonna add up too quickly.

Good luck.
I went Dark, but the 13 hides the taillights look pretty good stock and I do too much night driving to tint headlights. I also kept the MCA grilles.

As an extra added note to my previous post on this thread. If you are the owner of a 2012 SGM Mustang GT, congratulations! According to my build sheet from Ford, they only painted 568 of the 28,000 GT's produced in 2012. You have a rare car, so enjoy it a little more now. With options it becomes even more scarse. From what I heard, Ford had to finish up the 2012 production run with SGM due to the tsunami in Japan and the race red was no longer available. SGM was not a color option for 2012. I think that was a bad idea by Ford because it is such a popular color.

My Mustang isn't SGM but my new 2014 F250 is. I think it would look great on a Mustang.

I like mine, but it seems hard to get a nice shine like you could on a black car. Maybe it's the metallic.

2016 GT/CS. Automatic, convertible. So far 100% stock!

I thought for certain I was going to buy a black Mustang. Then once I saw the gray I had a new favorite. I think it goes great with the Track Pack rims too.

I like it and it looks great when clean, especially in the sunlight. I have had lots of compliments on the color.

I don't know if I like your car or your setting for your pics better. Been admiring your stripes for a long time. Nicely done all the way around.

I love it! When I go to my garage, even when I am taking the Subaru, I just cannot help admiring how great it looks.

Thanks, I had the vision of what I wanted to do when I got the car, it came together better than I envisioned though.
The scenery to take pictures is just one of the benefits of living in East Tennessee.

If they had SG available when I got my Race RedI would have considered that. I find others used the word classy which is exactly the word I woud use.

2012 V6 traded in for a 2017 VW GTI.

I ordered my 2013 SG before I had ever seen the color in person. Not knowing what to expect when I went to pick it up all I can say is wow... As others have mentioned, this color changes at different angles and different times of day. Its impossible to capture its beauty in a photo. Another bonus to SG is that it looks great accented in any other color you could possibly want to add when you start customizing and modding.

I like the fact it's not a common color in addition to being low profile. I've yet to see another one but Black, blue, white, red seem to be every where. I must admit, I absolutely LOVE Gotta Have it Green after seeing one up close. I thought I would hate it.
