It finally happened, the nylon fitting on my catch can broke, so I sent an email to JLT asking if I could order a new fitting from them...a few days later, I received the updated aluminum fitting in the mail, free of charge.

Excellent customer service, thank you for "doing it right!"

glad you had a good experience from them... mine was just the opposite. lucky me i made my purchase thru american muscle and they took care of me.

I had the same thing happen to me. I sent a pic of the broken getting. Got the aluminum one a few days later.
