Blacking out 2013 Pony Package

So, I decided for my 2013 I wanted to go for a red and matte black look overall. So far, I'm very pleased with what I've done. I'm not sure about the front emblem staying flat black, or if I should change it to a more permanent satin (either way it's 5 minutes to remove and repaint). I plan on doing the side tribars as well (and maybe the faux gas cap center, just inside the chrome.) Any ideas, experience, warnings, or jokes are welcome.

Thanks folks!

I would do the job with Plasti Dip. That way if you get tired of the same old, same old all you have to do is peel it & re do it. Yours looks good though.

Thanks! I've already picked up a can of Plastidip. I'll probably try it on something off the car first. I'll definitely post results of whatever I try.

Not really digging the blacked out grille emblem. That looks like a Roush grille, so if you wanted it all black, I'd just pull the emblem off. Blacked out fender badges? That could work, because at least you'd have some contrast there.

One of my initial reasons for blacking out the grille emblem was the terrible paint quality on it. It's the Scott Drake emblem (they sell it as Modern Billet on AM.) Instead of trying to see if another was up to my standard, I decided to go out on a limb with this. I may do some matte red, blue and white in the tribar at some point. I like the black horse though!
