Slight pause at 5k

On our 13 V6 I've been noticing at wot there a very slight pause in acceleration near 5k, anyone else? Its very quick but noticeable.

I get it at 4k. 11 V6 Auto vert. I think it's related to torque converter lockup. If I engage the "hill assist" button that hesitation is NOT there.


2011 V6 Convertible, Premium, Red Candy, White side stripes, Pony badges on fenders, auto headlights, lower fogs coming soon.

Yeah it used to be right around 4k, seems like it's closer to 5 now. I've noticed it feels like it pulls harder afterwards.
