Help with my 2013 mustang v6

Hey everyone, I just bought a 2013 mustang v6 with around 113k miles which has been giving me a lot of problems.
A lot of times it will stop accelerating while im driving (the tach will still rev). This mostly happens from a complete stop like at a light but it has also happened while im driving down the road.
The problwm seems to correct its self after a few seconds, especially if I let the car drop to 0mph.
The wrench light comes on every time this happens.
I have changed all the spark plugs as a friend suggested, but nothing changed.
Has anyone else experienced this? Ive been told this could be something in the fuel delivery system or the thottle body.

I would start with pulling codes to see what had caused the light to come on before guessing and throwing parts at the car. Is it an auto or manual?

Do you have a manual transmission? If so your symptoms (not to mention the mileage) suggest a slipping clutch. If you have an automatic, have you checked the fluid? I definitely second the advice to pull the codes, even if the might is going back off and not remaining lit, the ECM will store the code(s) for a while.
