Do you currently have foglamps on your car now? The reason I ask is because we offer a foglight kit that enables the auto headlamp feature. It comes with the switch from Ford and no other electronics are required to get the auto headlamp feature to work. You can check out the foglight kit on our site : 2010 V6 Mustang Foglamp Upgrade Kit.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Do the fog lights included actually help or are they similar to other vehicle fog lights that don't really do anything to help the driver? Just a switch would be cool.

They are OEM foglights that Ford uses on V6s that came with the foglight option from the factory. They tend to help more during inclement weather. After installing the foglight kit, you can always upgrade to HID lighting for the brightest possible lights.

I just ordered these as my solution to the "auto headlamps" issue. I got very used to them in my Lincoln. I also really wanted fogs but didn't want the packages they were bundled with. I'm hoping they come in quick since they are only one State away.

They aren't DRLs, they are automatic headlights. They only come on when it's dark or when you turn on the windshield wipers.

Mine are on the local USPS truck so hopefully they are waiting for me when I get home.

I got them last night after I got home from work, but there wasn't enough day light to start the project. I'm thinking I may wait until Saturday. I checked out all the contents though and everything looks factory...pretty nice kit.

I got the same kit at the beginning of Sept. from Stangmods. It took me about 1 1/2 hr to install and it turned out great. You'll be very happy with this kit.

They are in, but I don't have any pix yet. I hope to get that done this weekend and will post. I was going to install them myself, but my sweetie went and took them to a car shop we frequent and had them done. It was a very nice surprise! They look and work great! My only issue, if you can call it that, is that the light switch is flat along the front, and the dash is curved. It is a very slight difference and hardly noticeable. I like that you can run the fog and the highbeams especially with a car this low and without HIDS. They realy light up the area and I don't think I need HIDs now.
