I sent a mail to Bassani asking if the system is real or an "air" part number.

Sure, the siamesed , or merge junction as its original evangelist Dr. Gas calls it, X is easier to make and lowers manufacturing costs. Faster to make, and charge the same price!....I'll take the larger volume of the Bassani and stock style.
