I understand that but what I am saying why going through the trouble of setting your cruise with a gps like it is absolutely necessary to hit 70. If you were to use the speedo and set it for 69 while trying to get it to 70 , the world isn't going to end.

Well, if you have the GPS setup on the car it is easy enough to do so why not?

To get your Mustang to got past the electronically set governor you need to go into the Mykey setting on your dash board and turn it off. the steps for doing so can be found in the Mykey section of your manual

That`s for the Mykey. It will not remove the factory speed limiter for the engine.

If you want to see the exact speeds you are running, put the car into Diagnostic Mode, and you can read out the speed in digital...............Plum

replace the drive shaft if you want to do this frequently
ive got mine up to 125 w/ no tune
