Fuel level indicator issue.

Got a problem that's showed up twice now in the 2 weeks we've had the 14. Gonna take it to the dealer soon. Has anyone had there fuel level go from half tank to empty in the blink of an eye? And then when you see you only have 5 miles left on screen. The gas pump light comes on and then OH $&@?! High tailed it to the gas pump and filled it up with 8 1/2 gal. Sumpns up.

Maybe a short in the sending unit? Definitely have it checked under warranty.

Yes, I had this problem. But it was accompanied by a CEL. I forget which #. Had both fuel sending units replaced under warranty.

So we are just talking drastic ranges here like 150 miles to 10? Nothing like 60 to 40 to 20 to 10 in the span of 20min at 40 to 50 mph city driving?
