MPT + BBK shorty headers + JLT intake

It should all be here tomorrow and hopefully installed by the end of the day! Anyone have any tips for the fastest way to get these old manifolds out?

Remove the car battery and tray first for the passenger side. It will save a lot of swearing.

^^^^^^^ +1....

I would recommend getting a can of PB Blaster and soaking the hell out everything tonight.... also, get yourself a bunch of extensions because the manifold to cat bolts are a real pain to get to from the underside....

I see you're getting ready for Saturday.... too bad the DA still sux! What did you run the last time out?

Getting the old ones off is not the problem after you get the Manifold to mid pipe off, you can use a ratchet on all the nuts to remove the Manifolds from the heads. Make sure you have a 5mm wrench or socket to remove the studs from the nuts and put the studs back in before installing the headers, some will not go back in after.

I'm really doubtful on the 15-20whp. I think with full induction and exhaust mods currently out there. The 3.7 doesn't really need more air. It needs camshafts, ported heads etc to get to the next level.
