Thumbs up Lowering on 285/30/20 ?

im getting new tires pretty soon and i think im going to get NITTO INVO Ultra-High Performance Tire - 285/30-20 and i was woundering if anyone had a set of 285 tire on lowering springs? or would you guys think that 285 is too big and think about going with a 275 or even a 265 ?

I'm lowered with 315/35/20 rears on eibach sportlines and koni str.t with absolutely no issues. What size wheels do you have? what width?

to be honest im not quiet sure i bought the car with the rims on the already, how can i find out the width ? there 20's from what i know lol

Just take a tape measure and measure the wheels from the outside lip to the opposite side- without a tire on.

or between the spokes with the wheel on the car... edge to edge
