Those of you with Kona Blue cars, do they show a lot of dirt or look bad after driving in the rain? I've had a black car and that was a love/hate thing. Loved how awesome it looked clean but we get a fair amount of rain in Seattle so it would look nice for a day then get rained on

IMHO the metallic paint job of Kona Blue is awesome. It actually changes shades and hues as the weather changes or the sun rotates over it. It will show dust/dirt but when it's clean, it is beautiful. No harder to keep clean than black or red. Performance White would have been a good color for Seattle!

It will show the dirt, but not as much as a black car. When clean, oh my!

In this photo, the car is a little dirty after a small shower and some 150 miles, but still photographs well.

My True Blue on my F150 did, so I would imagine the Kona (not far off from True Blue) would also. Like said before it looks awesome when it is Clean though.

In my book, dark blue & burgundy are just as difficult to keep clean as black is. If you want easy go for the light colors.

But all cleaned up, nothing looks better than those three colors.

It's a dust magnet, you can use it to vacuum clean your carpet if your front door is big enough...
But beautiful nevertheless.

I used to deeply contemplate this question, and then it occurred to me! All cars get dirty at the same rate!!! Same bird crap, grime, tar, bugs, etc. A dirty car looks like a dirty car!

If it isn't "waxy, shiny, clean" then it's dirty. Doesn't matter if it's white or black. All cars look great when they are cleaned and waxed. A beige car may hide the grime a little better, but for one thing, it's Beige! Yeccch!

I'm biased, but Kona Blue looks amazing when it is clean and waxed! Probably the best blue I have ever seen. For a "Showroom Quality" vehicle, Dark requires work.....but so does Beige. Think about it?

I work at a dealership and I get a demo every 5 months or so. The only colour I've ever had that looked clean more often than not...is RED! I had a red 2010 Focus that always seemed clean. Worst for dirt was a Light Sage Escape. It always looked dirty. Just my 2 cents

Kona blue is beautiful. It shows less dirt from far away than black and cleans up pretty darn tootin' nice. I couldn't be happier with my choice in color. I say it's the blue period, baby, yeah!
