Roush resonator delete x pipe for 2015 gt

So I did my first mod for my 2015 GT premium fastback which was placing a roush X pipe in place of the resonator. I did the mod myself its pretty easy cut and clamp blah blah. Anyway, after I finished the install I noticed that on a cold start I would get like a ringing sort of rattle noise coming from under the driver's side toward the middle of the car. Its a really annoying rattle and it lasts for about 15-20 seconds then goes away but you rarely and lightly hear it after she warms up and starts going. My guess is that its the bendable part of the exhaust pipe right after the cat on the drivers side (kind of looks like wire mesh orb sort of part). Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it? Anyone's opinions and thoughts are welcome. Also would the warranty be able to take care of that issue? Technically that's still an oem part all I did was remove the resonator. Thanks in advance for the help.
