Peace out for now 2017 gt

just traded my 2017 gt premium for this little beast! 3.3 v6 twin turbo stinger awd gt1, great power and loaded!
i had some great mustangs , 2007 v6,2010 gt,2014 gt prem, 2017 gt prem. the one i loved the most was the 2014 gt prem. i may get another in a couple years?
not here to bash mustangs, i've had a bunch! but the fit and finish from interior to exterior, and quality is way above the 2017 gt i just got rid of. i modded the heck out of all my mustangs and seen every inch of them, and my 2017 had paint issues, gap issues, engine tick,ect... the paint and leather, gaps on this stinger is all perfect, i know its a 50,000 car,but my mustang was 45,000! i think ford needs to start really spending some more time on quality control imo. i wanna save a few years and get a 2014 gt prem again and do fit and finish on it the way they should be off the line.

Graz,

I'm happy for you, and you are always welcome to drop in and pass along your experience and knowledge, and update us on the Stinger.

10 or 15 years ago I would bash Kia and Hyundai but the Korean models have come a long way and become competitive.

Erik

So i felt the EXACT same way when i just recently sold my 2016 gt and grabbed a 2018 focus rs.....the focus rs interior seems more “genuine” and “refinded”....granted its the LE of its kind ....zero regrets so far.....well obviously besides the early onset of “power” withdrawl and anxiety haha.

thank you guys, yes i will be back! i miss my mustang gt, and the noise! i LOVE this Stinger gt1,little zippy sedan! i dont road race but so far a couple muscle cars and audi's have tried to beat me off line when light turns green with no luck to them! would love to take to track some day. i see online it has a good 1/4 mile time, beating cars you wouldnt think. i still cant believe this thing is a kia, fit ,finish and power is great, and its loaded with everything.

Sweet ride!! Sliding glass top with a wind deflector. Brembos. Nice chrome accents. How is the ground clearance compared to the Mustang?

Car and Driver October issue has a comparison between the Charger and Stinger GT and the GT did really well.

Edit: And you have the good warranty too correct? 10/100,000

Always a hard move form a Mustang to another car. I took that leap a little over a year ago and as usual I am now looking to add a Mustang along side the car I moved to.

A friend of mine picked up a Stinger and I haven't had much time around it yet, but I know he is all about it. When he first told me what he paid and it was a Kia he bought I was like what are you on, but then I did research and it seems Kia really went all out for this car. I honestly considered one, but I want to see how they hold up a couple years and say 50,000+ miles as that will really tell what it is all about as most Kia's start showing their age around 2-3 years and 50K miles. The Stinger might hold out to be the real deal as from first look they went all out. Hope you love it and at the same time like said don't be a stranger still come around and maybe one day you will add that 2014 you speak of to run alongside your Stinger...

Lovely ride! I've always been a fan of Stingers but never had a chance to get one yet. It's a very powerful car, really a little monster. Actually I've been thinking about getting one recently, after this post I'm sure I'm getting one as soon as possible! First I need to sell my 2016 Fastback 2.3 EcoBoost though, and the most importantly talk my wife into buying a new car.. We were saving money for buying real estate in Portugal for a while but I think still we can afford a little Stinger..
