Any Roush Stage 3 owners out there?

I have a 2016 RS3 convertible with 6,500 miles. I am considering getting the Phase 2 package which will boost power from 670 to 727hp.

Anyone have any experience or know of any issues with getting this done?

sounds like fun!

but I can't help wondering -- how can 670 possibly not be "enough" ?

can you use all the power that you have now? how do you do that?

Thatís a fair question and you are absolutely right. As it is, the car is already a handful and you have to be judicious with your right foot.

Admittedly, It would strictly be for bragging rights.

Can't blame you, horsepower is addictive. Not sure if this matters to you, but looking at % HP gain (~9%) relative to cost (~$1,200 - without labor), it seems like a reasonable choice. At least that's how I rationalize my decisions May be able to get a custom tune for cheaper and similar gains, but of course that's more risky.

I’ve seen a couple motors pop with that set up but I think they made some other modifications without admitting it.
I understand the horse power bug I started with a 630 hp pro charger kit pro charger P1X and last time at the Dyno I put down 892 so I understand. I would be ready just in case the motor Chucks a rod. It’s not common at that power but it does happen

Got it done. Amazing and don't regret it.
