I would go the other way, convert the engine to the 2 coil setup, and save yourself a lot of wiring headaches. Then you can use your wiring harness, and just lengthen whatever wiring you need to, and get a tune for the 4V engine.
There's a lot of wiring and ECU work involved to swapping to coil on plug, and it's easier just to stick with what you've got.
