I would assume it can be programmed by the Dealer. DRLs are required in Canada, so any Mustangs built for delivery there will have them. I had my Ford dealer turn them on on my Edge. Charged me a $40 fee to do that service.
Not sure if I'll do that to the stang or not, but for the couple of weeks I have had the car there has been a number of "idiots" that just seem to want to pull out in front of my fast charging red car! Do they not see it.......how can you miss it!
