WMBurns,

I am assuming that you are referring to the fuse panel under the steering column. I checked all the fuses with a test light. I will re-check the fuses.

What does DB / OG stand for? I am assuming that you are talking about the dash board headlight switch. I did check the wiring there for power and there was power there. I did not measure the voltage.

I replace the headlight switch with new one and it did not fix anything. I plan on re-installing the new switch again this weekend and leaving it in for now.

I can't work on the car again until this weekend.
