2001 Mustang v6 speed recalibration question

A friend of mine recently purchased 18x10 deep dish rims for the rear and 17x9's for the front for his 01 v6. Would he recalibrate based on the front wheels or the rear wheels revs per mile? He also has a predator tuner, thanks!
