i kno u said it shifts good but u also said it happens at the end of a gear right before the shift which sounds like tranny to me not the internal hydralic expensive part but the tourqe converter may be having a problem. if u think its the a/c take the belt off and and spin the pulley on the compresser feel for any grinding or play and listen for any noises that sound like scraping etc. you also might wanna check the other pulleys that could have play in them, something like that could be noticable at low rpm and then smooth out
