Absolute cheapest route: cut off your exhaust after the cats, add two mufflers, and dump before you axles. Only cost is two mufflers plust some connectors.
Next cheapest, but a little more polished: have an exhaust shop fab in a mid-pipe (X-pipe for loud & flow, but raspy; H-pipe for deeper) and add two mufflers of your choice, as Redlyr suggested.
