A thousand bucks for a helicoil? Find a gearhead buddy, go down to your nearest NAPA store, buy a helicoil kit and do it yourself. It's really pretty easy.
Well not exactly its like 900 for labor and like hundred (havent checked )for actual part. I'm goin to do it myself with my pops. So either installing new heads or doing the helicoil probably the helicoil. Wish I could do the winstar intake swap while i'm in there.
Anybody have any ideas of somthing to do while im in there?
