Seatbelt system issues

I own a 96 Mustang v6 with 208,000 miles. The seatbelt systems have worn down ALOT!!! The only way they retract is by forcing them to do so. Sometimes I forget and they hit the door when I close it and it seems to not be good for the door. What should I do? Should I replace the whole system? Where can I get these parts cheap?
