I give up. What is your car's model year?

Assuming this is a late model, the DTC is DIRECTLY related to a missing cam sensor. Do not continue to drive the car with this DTC. The fuel injector will fire on every stock. This results in twice as much fuel being sparyed. It will wash the oil off of the pistons and may damage the motor.
