It can be, but there are some factors involved. Not sure how much access you have to 99-04, 3.8's over there. Junkyards with Mustangs are pretty easy to come by around here. Then you need to address the fuel system, and get a tune. I'm also not sure if you have emission or inspections over there.
My advice if can find someone to do the work for you is be careful. It is easy to go through the water ports or make the walls too thin that will eventually give out on you. Find a good shop.......
