I cut holes in my door panels and installed the door speakers too but I haven't found a way to get those hooked up yet because I haven't found the amps for them. I'm probably gonna hook them up with a single aftermarket amp. I don't listen to CDs so the headunit change was trivial to me. The shaker 1000 headunit makes my factory speakers quieter anyways cuz it was meant for the whole lot of the speakers.
