I built one for my sentra a few years back. start by lining the trunk with blue painters tape and then lay your fiberglass right on top once it hardens pop the mold and continue on. i would suggest keeping it small mine is rather large and a pain to move when needed. also when constructing make plans for some sort of quick disconnect for the wires it makes it a whole lot easier when you need to remove the box. have fun oh and i suggest wearing goggles i got fiberglass resin in my eye when mixing and let me tell you it does not feel good.
