ok but unless you have a pretty good head unit or MS-8, you introduce distortion because of the different times the speaker sound is getting to your ear. The head unit can have a time delay and will take measurements for locations of each set of speakers from listener. This is only approximate sound delay where as MS-8 or another active processor would have active total correction. The real power of active processor is it EQ your car out to close to flat frequency response. So if there is 300-500 Hz drop in your acoustic's in your car it fixes that. Generally do to the nature of a car acoustics aren't good at all.

After awhile sound acoustic design becomes a pain. Part of the reason I like an active processor like MS-8 do work for me.
