Op, the only noise I hear in your first video is the "flutter" sound from the top of the engine. That noise is "normal" and comes from some valve that the computer turns on a off. Was there a different noise we were supposed to hear?
On the second video, I couldn't hear anything, probably because you had to record from inside the car. However, the 800-2000 RPM thing is a characteristic of the "ignitor" tick. Heavy D -- I have only read a couple threads where the owner says that TSB fixed their "tick." Most folks say it didn't work. I strongly believe it fixes some particular "tick," but the dealers are trying to apply it to every tick they see because they don't know how to tackle the problem any other way.
