Haven't tried either so can't tell you.

I've done all my mods myself (and some with buddies) so far but I feel you. Installing my ABs was an absolute b*tch as well and I actually gave up on the first shot and only left the drivers side installed! The axle backs are indeed a lot trickier than they seem though out of all mods I've done so far.

Funnest was my front speakers. Nothing like parts that come off and on with no fuss (save the plastic behind the door handle).
