I see the whole "gym" thing and wanting to one day own a home gym did not fully get the message across.
Its a huge drain spending 250-300$ a week on groceries. This is just the basics for me (fish, egg whites, oats, chicken, ground beef, ground turkey, rice, veggies etc.) Then you have your supplements and various other crap. It gets especially expensive in the off season. Having 7 meals a day doing around 7k calories makes for some expensive Cosco trips each week.
Yea, so for you it's the whole bodybuilding lifestyle that is a cash drain. When the average person says they pay for a gym membership, they aren't talking about what you do.
It sucks that healthy food is so expensive, my grocery bill sucks too, though not anywhere near $300 a week.
