Opinions on rain deflectors

Here in Vancouver it rains non stop. I hate driving with my windows up, I like to get some fresh air. I had my windows down a bit yesterday and today I found lots of water marks on my leather seats. I never had a rain guard on any of my previous cars so I'm not sure how good they work but they sound like a no brainer for my situation. Only thing I might not like is the styling of them. I've seen some that are low profile and don't stick out as much as others but I'm guessing they won't serve their purpose like the big ones. Any toughts on this and if anyone is using one I would appreciate it if you could post some pics. Thanks
