you can, but it would be a lot cheaper and easier to just pick up a rebuilt t-bird SC engine from O'Reilly's for 1800 dollars & have it reprogrammed for 100 dollars.
Otherwise, you're gonna have to find a forged crank & pistons, get a support for the mains, find the right bracketry, etc.
