Lash adjusters

My friend got me these lash adjusters for my 01 gt my question for all of you experienced folks out there are they supposed to look like the cheesey crimp thing on them or should I give them back and go buy others?

That is the worst crimp I have ever seen on a lash adjuster.
I personally wouldn't trust it.

I can't recall what mine looked like when I put them in but they looked similar. Has been running completely fine with Comp Cams, GT500 followers, and .600 lift springs. What brand are those? I bought mine from Rockauto for $55...can't recall brand but go on there and look.

I text my friend and he said that the sealed power are the ones he picked up for me. He also is doing his lash adjusters in his mustang so I have him the money and left him order them. He just have me 8 packs of 2 and I was a bit scared when I saw the crimp job.
