I am selling my Firebird v6 30k miles, ram air, lim slip diff, and for a v6 it is a snappy car, can even get rubber. Nothing to be ashamed of. If you do go with a v6 you can always put some gears in it to wake it up and a better muffler, and your v8 buddies wont know the difference.

I bet he'd have a harder time finding a 20 yr old v6 mustang that's not ready for the crusher. I bet there's not too many one owner 98 v6's. They were made to get from point a to b. "Enthusiasts" didn't buy them, high school girls parents bought them, and the high school chick ran it into the ground and then trade it off.

Whether you get the V6 or V8 it would be a good idea to buy one of those inexpensive dash cam combos with both dash (front) and the optional rear cam license plate mount. They have great video now and download via bluetooth to a smartphone really easily.

Then, when you crash spectacularly into a supercar that you entice into a race you will have both front and rear views and can post it quickly to youtube. With the income from 6 million views in three weeks you can pay for a brand new mustang and the insurance increase from the crash. (Be safe and wear a harness and helmet so you can take advantage of this!)

That is what I would recommend to any of my three daughters, anyway.

Hope you find what you are looking for and all works well for you.

All the best.

A V6 firebird? I'll give you a second head start.
A V6 will always sound like a V6. You're not going to fool your v8 buddies.
