White smoke after new initake mani gaskets. Just the cold weather?

Hey guys,

First post here, glad to be apart of this community.

So a quick question, I recently replaced the intake manifold and thermostat gaskets, and it is smoking from both sides of the exhaust. I can see my breath when outside so it is a little cold, but I drove for about 20 mins and it was fully warmed up, and then it idled for about 5 minutes. Then after pulling away it made a small cloud. From the mirror it looked pretty thin.

So is this because of the cold weather? Or do I have another coolant leak...

Also it has a o/r x pipe. Maybe it's burning off old coolant?

Any help will be appreciated.

It could be burning off residual coolant, but I'd say it's probably because of the cold. Just keep an eye on the engine temp and check coolant level just to be sure
