New Exhaust question

Ok I am planning on finishing my exhaust, I already have flowmaster catback... But I would like to get longtube headers and a Catted H pipe.. I was looking at BBK, but it is pretty expensive.. Is there another brand that is a nice quality, but cheaper ? Also is there any sites with good exhaust deals ?

Look at MAC, they make some quality products. Their LTs are raved about.

Is there a big difference between Chrome and Ceramic? I mean for almost $100 more im sure there is... also, has anyone ever heard a BBK LT Headers, BBK off/road H pipe, with Flowmaster catback ? the only one I can find on the internet is a catted midpipe, which im sure the off road will be louder.

Ceramic coated headers reduce the amount of heat coming off the headers. This helps keep underhood temps down. Its been argued having your pipes keep all the heat running out the pipe rather than off the pipe keeps your exhaust flowing better. Same concept as header wrap, except alot less messy. If its only 100 bucks, get the ceramics. They cost like 2-300 to get coated anywhere else.

And yes, LT's o/r h and 40's will sound great! Don't even worry about it not sounding good. Can't go wrong with that setup.
