Nitrous kit coming soon, need a little advice

Got the cams and everything straight in the ss eatr and got a real good deal on a nitrous express wet kit. my question is what would be the safe shot to run with my stock bottom end. i am making 292rwhp and 288rwtq and am leaning towards the 100 shot or would it be safe to run a 125 shot.

I would stick with the 100 shot personally. I ran the 125 shot, and the torque was insane. 538 ft lbs was just too much for the bottom end to handle.
