All out build questions

Alright guys looking for some help here yet again. a few weeks ago i posted my pistons on here asking if they still good. you all said no while local mechanics said no problems so im still up in the air about those but heres the thing. track seasons coming up and by the closing of bandimere speedway here in denver i want to be moving at least 11's. heres what i got and what i will need add to this list as well as what parts you would buy/ prefer. i have a vortech v1 right now thinking about using the on3performance kit instead any reviews on that?

WHAT I GOT:
PI heads intake and cams
Eagle forged rods
Ross forged pistons( up in the air if using)
Vortech v1 supercharger
Tweecer tuner but selling it for Diablo much more tuning points

WHAT I NEED FEEL FREE TO ADD ONTO LIST:
Crank shaft
rod bearings
piston rings
valve springs and retainers
Cams
new intake? is pi good for this amount of hp?
roll cage / harness/ driveshaft loop
clutch ( just had a luk replacement put on about a year ago but dont think this will hold)

This is the first time ive attempted a build of a motor. any help would be greatly appreciated. so i can start saving and put a list together of parts i will need. gracias
