1997 cobra vortech on stock bottom? Safe?

i just bought a 1997 cobra with a non intercoled t-trim supercharger. it dynoed at 489 to the wheels. it has 80k miles. i was wondering if is safe to run the car on 12psi on the stock bottom end. what would you guys suggest.

FIRST suggestion get it on a wideband 02 to see where your air fuel ratio is at WOT, that HP number is right at the MAX for the stock Pistons and Rods You want a FAT A/F 11.3-11.5
