2004 mustang GT exhaust.

I'm having a real difficult time choosing a catback exhaust for my GT I'm debating between SLP lm1's or borla singers s-types I like the loudness in the SLP's but I also like the deep throaty tone that the borla's put off everything on my stang is bone stock any input would be appreciated thanks!

Nobody can tell you what you want for your car. Listen to both of them and make a decision. It's your car, not ours.

like schmitty said it's all in what you like. I've had LM 1's going on six years now and I still love them.

Here's a vid a fellow stanger from Canada did some five years ago. In the action parts my wife and daughter are driving. They really don't get on it so no WOT shots.

LM1s and Stingers are pretty much polar opposites. LM1s are practically the loudest muffler you can get out there. Borlas on the other hand have an awesome tone. I would check out some clips online to see what you prefer.

choosing exhaust is a hard decision, it depends what you like and if your comfortable with the everyday droning noise. but i will give you the heads up i have a 2002 and the 04 specifically has a few different things as far as fitment and o2 sensor locations

I love my Stingers but in my case there is some drone right after 2000 rpm if you're not on the throttle too hard. From what I understand the midpipe can have as big of a difference as the catback almost (I have an o/r H), what are you thinking as far catback vs. full exhaust?

If your set on between those two, I would get the stingers. Good luck on whatever you choose.
