pi swaps and transgo kit WHat is it?!?!?!

i found this TransGo Performance AOD-HP - TransGo Stick Type Kits - Overview - SummitRacing.com
i have a 2004 gt auto can i do either or and can anyone take a picture of it
can i do a newer 4.6l swap helpp lol!!!!

Your 2004 is un-eligible for a PI swap because you already have those parts stock. No idea about that TransGo kit.

Go with a SCT TUNER forget the TransGo kit (will advice against it) that will take care of reprogramming the 4R70W transmission shiftpoints and pressure.
Also install a transmission cooler with a fan, will keep trans fluid cool.

The Tuner will also provide you with better overall performance.

i heard it is better to not buy a tuner and go with a dyno\tune would u recommend that?

A Dyno tune with a TUNER (SCT) is ALWAYS the best option
