cams and headers???

I have a 02 Mustang Gt with 3.73 Xpipe bbk cold air and SCT scanner and was wondering what kind of cams shud I get and what kind of headers would you all suggest? I know if u get a trickflow cam you have to check valve clearance. but was wondering what is the best cams for the money and how much HP am I gonna gain by adding cams and headers?

What are your ultimate power goals for the car? Planning (or hoping) on f/i in the future or anything like that? Plans for a power adder in the future, if you have any, should be factored into cam selection.

If you don't mind waiting a little while, I hear MHS has some pretty bitchin' stuff

If you are gonna do suspension stuff just wait till then to do the headers and save yourself a lot of headaches. The easiest way to do the headers is to drop the k member so unless you want to put the suspension back together only to tear it apart again then just wait and do it all at once.
