New Custom Seat Brace Brackets - Underway

Just thought i would post up my new seat brace brackets that i am starting to build. All aluminum, and the brace it's self will be adjustable & lock in position for seat adjustment. Hopefully these will help on the launch. Hope the cad model pics turn out.

I know they are a little different, but let me know what you think (good, Bad, or whatever). Thanks Guys & Gals.

Are you running stock-style seats still?

No, they are middle of the road aftermarket seats. I cannot remember the name brand right off hand. Not too bad after i redid all the padding, but the back is a little weak. Why, whatcha got in mind?

What's wrong with your current ones?

They just flex back a little when i launch. I'm putting in the braces so i have a rock solid seat back. I have a hard enough time reaching the shifter, being 5'7", getting thrown back doesn't help matters. lol

I was just wondering why you'd need them to be adjustable, but using reclining seats explains why.
