Nope..........

You won't hit 12's until you put a converter in the car or strip it down to bare metal to lose around 300lbs, which is tough.

your posted times are pretty impressive for a auto/vert almost unbelievable actually. I could barely get that out of my 01 auto with 4;10's with a tune and bolt ons.

and it did take a converter and a 125 shot to get in the low low 12's.

Nope, you don't have the trap speed yet. You'll need to be in the high 104mph range to break 12's.

If you ran 13.2 with street tires and you stiffened up the body and are using d/r I think you can break 13 with a great run.

Won't matter enough for that, even with drag radials. If you're running 1.9 60ft times on street tires in a stock auto, you're not spinning enough to see much improvement with a drag radial. You're not going to launch any harder. Kind of the same deal with more suspension.

I would go no less then a 3200, 3500 would be my choice. I did a 2800 first go around and it was not much better then stock.

also just leave it in drive at the track and let it do its thing. always ran the fastest times that way.

When I had an auto, I kept loosening up the converter and going faster. My best times were with a 4200 stall, but for a milder, heavier car like Eddy's that he's trying to get max times out of, I'd go 3800ish.

I remember when you where running the auto. I think your correct on the 3800. I miss my 01 auto that thing was so much fun at the track...
