Blue lights in general on a car is illegal, but unless they are too blue, I don't think they really care unless you're out driving on back roads in the middle of the night (ie. they think you're up to something). But if they are flashing blue lights, like turn signals, that's when they will be more serious about it, thinking they might be impersonating a cop.

Sry for such a late post but my comp/phone were being dumb but neways one is just the daytime running lights on the other is the blinker blinking and the 3rd is of the wall inside my garage and how it lights up the wall
