I wouldn't reccommend buying tint for your headlights. I'm a state inspector in Virginia and I can tell you any tinted headlight/other signal or marking light is illegal. I can bet Carolina's inspection law is the same way. Not to say the inspector isn't paying attention, however you will probably fail for it. But even if he does pass it for some reason, and if they are illegal, you're giving a cop a good opportunity to give you a "Performance Award" for having such tinted lights. Even if you were to peel it off infront of him, the infraction has been commited and most likely he'll give one to you just for GP's.

I am not worried about getting pulled over... its for show purposes when I bought the car it came with an extra set of headlights... so I want to tint one set for when I go to club events and shows and slap the other ones back in when I am just out and about!

Those velcro ones look "standoutish or bugeyed" because they come out far. Plus, you pull two slides remove two bulbs & you're done. It only takes a few minutes and just for a show that labor doesn't happen everyday. To the OP, I'm sure Jason can help you out or atleast point you in the right direction. Post how it works out for you.
